FAQ
Your questions, answered.
How is the shipping price calculated?
The price mainly depends on the destination and the vehicle’s size (height and volume). Send us the model and the port you need: we reply with a clear price.
Can you ship a non-running vehicle?
Yes, depending on loading options. Mention it in your quote request so we can plan the right solution.
Which documents are required?
At least the registration document, an ID and proof of purchase. Some destinations require specific documents (BESC, BIETC…): we give you the exact list with the quote.
How long does the crossing take?
It depends on the destination port and the sailing schedule. We give you the expected lead times before shipping.
Do you work with professionals?
Yes: garages, dealers, exporters and franchised dealers. For regular volumes we set up dedicated follow-up.
